The launch of the new Xiaomi phones is imminent. The Xiaomi 12T family is preparing to dominate the market for high-end economic devices and the fact is that the previous generation of this series has already generated expectation in the community thanks to its enviable performance. At the moment the Chinese technology giant has not guaranteed any official information, but the leaks have taken care of it to such an extent that neither of the two models has any secrets.
Of course, these data must be taken with a grain of salt, because, even if they come from trusted media, nothing can be taken for granted until the day of their presentation. There are also aspects that have been made known through the databases, but there will be others that may undergo modifications. This is what the new Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro have prepared for us.

A Xiaomi 12T that boasts power
First of all, it is the turn of the base model of this family. The Xiaomi 12T brings with it a series of very interesting features that range from its screen to its battery. This first one has a size of 6.7 inches and uses a 120 Hz AMOLED panel like the Xiaomi 12 compatible with HDR10 + to achieve a reproduction full of color and detail. In addition, the fingerprint sensor is located on the screen itself. Moreover, it comes equipped with two stereo speakers.
The one in charge of supplying power is the high-end processor MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Ultra . So the Asian company repeats the methodology of last year by introducing a MediaTek chip as in the Xiaomi 11T. The new smartphone will come with 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage, respectively. The integrated CPU has more than enough capacity to enjoy tireless speed, which together with the RAM will allow you to squeeze the most out of multitasking.

The Xiaomi 12T promises autonomy to give and give away thanks to its 5,000 mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging . This means that it will take half an hour to reach 100% of its energy. It is also accompanied by a triple camera module featuring a 108 MP main lens along with an 8 MP ultra wide angle sensor and a 2 MP macro. On the front there is a 20 MP selfie camera.
It is obvious that it will integrate MIUI 13 based on Android 12 as an operating system from the factory. Its price has increased compared to the previous generation and rumors indicate that the 256 GB version will be priced at 649 euros , so it is expected that the 8GB/128GB version will cost 600 or 550 euros compared to 499 euros. that was worth the cheapest version of last year.
A fit older brother
The Xiaomi 12T Pro model has to offer superior features that give value to the Pro surname. The leaks suggest that this is going to happen, since first-hand we are facing the most powerful processor on the market, that is, the Snapdragon 8 +Gen1 . This improved version of the chip ensures higher performance as well as more efficient power management.
The screen would be a little smaller than its younger brother and the AMOLED panel of the Xiaomi 12T Pro would be about 6.67 inches. It would also support up to 120 Hz refresh rate to gain fluidity and would enjoy compatibility with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos technology for a cinematic display of content.

In the case of the battery, we come across the same power of 5,000 mAh in its battery, but the main difference is that it is compatible with 120W fast charging just like the Xiaomi 11T Pro. This quality makes the energy reach 100 % in just 15 minutes, being one of the fastest on the market. A striking and important aspect is that the camera module would boast a 200 MP main sensor , promising an impressive level of detail in the images. The rest of the sensors would not experience changes, including the selfie lens on the front.
Again it is necessary to point out that MIUI 13 will be installed along with Android 13 and that there will be two possible variants. The first of 8 GB and 128 GB would cost approximately 700 euros based on the price of the original Xiaomi 12T compared to the 800 euros that the model with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of space would cost, although these are just mere assumptions based on the previous generation of this Xiaomi series.
