In case you have a Pocophone mobile in your hands and you have recently come across that it goes into silent mode without you doing anything to cause it, you are possibly being affected like many other users. Social networks and forums have begun to fold into messages asking why this is happening.
The answer does not seem simple, but from our site we have analyzed the situation to discover where the problem comes from. For this we have tracked in order to locate different users who have encountered this same surprise, finding a large number of users that are specified in three specific models.

For this reason, what we must do is trust that the company applies a solution as soon as possible through updates and until then we will have to look for an alternative so as not to lose calls or notifications, the most important aspect. We can choose to keep the Bluetooth on on the mobile and that the alerts reach a sports bracelet or smart watch in case we have it.
If our smartphone is the Poco F3 we can also use its Amoled screen to activate the Always On Display mode and when it is on the table, we do not need to unlock it to be aware of notifications without sound, just by seeing the icon appear.
