Channel Technology, Goodbye to Laptop Dust?

One of the big problems with any PC in general is dust. You could say that it is enemy number one, but if we are not talking about a desktop PC but a laptop, everything gets complicated. Until now, over time a laptop accumulated so much dust that it reached the point where the cooling systems were clogged and with it the temperatures soared. But now, Honor has created a proprietary dust removal technology that could change everything known so far.

This type of problem has always been solved by having to open the laptop and manually clean the entire internal ventilation system, greasing the fan, calibrating the shaft and leaving everything as clean as possible.

It is true that others have opted for more aggressive and discouraged methods such as bottled compressed air, even with a compressor, but all it did was spread the dust over all the laptop’s components, aggravating the problem over time.

Slit system to improve cooling

What if the laptop we buy cleaned itself? What if it had a more advanced cooling mode that would allow us to gain performance or keep temperatures at bay? That is what Honor thought, and after months of research, she presented the Elevation Heat Dissipation Structure System with her Hunter, a new way to improve everything seen so far.

While the laptop is off, it is kept to a minimum thickness, but when it is turned on and the screen is opened to work with it, the system detects this opening and the fuselage of the laptop opens a slit in the back that increases the air intake .

It is a kind of cant of just 1 cm, which has to be seen in combination with the brand’s dust removal channel technology.

Honor’s patented system is really very interesting, since with the elevation of the laptop and a larger opening for cooling it is also possible to have two heights in the heatsinks. This system is known as high ducts and low ducts, so that the fan with its flow will end up expelling the accumulated dust.

This also implies that not only the heatsinks as such and the fan itself are kept clean, but Honor ensures that the surrounding structures will also remain much cleaner, which allows a greater durability of the laptop in question without maintenance of any kind.

This improves the stability of the equipment, the efficiency of the heat dissipation system, allows for a lower overall noise level and of course takes much more care of moving parts such as the fan itself.

At the moment, this is a system that only Honor will have, but many brands have their eye on the method they use for it, since it hardly requires structural or complex expenses for its operation and is tremendously useful. You would not need so much heat pipe, external cooling systems or just bases with fans: the laptop itself would do it all without spending a penny more. Will other manufacturers copy it?
