Can Not See the Netflix Image on a Motorola: How to Fit it

Our mobiles have become perfect devices to view content of all kinds. From series to movies or sporting events, everything fits on the screen of our mobiles. Although sometimes they play tricks on us, as in the case of some Motorola mobiles when using Netflix. Well, this is how it can be solved.

Can Not See the Netflix Image on a Motorola

Apparently watching a series or movie on our mobile should not be a problem for anyone, but there are situations in which the contents are inexplicably not seen. And that’s when the ordeal begins. Well, every problem has its solution, and if this happens to you on a Motorola mobile, it is easy to solve it.

No picture but with Netflix audio

It is not something strange, and if you are here it is because the same thing is happening to you. You install Netflix on your Motorola, if it was not already installed at the factory, and you are ready to watch your favorite series or movie. The “disappointment” comes when we check that the screen is completely black , but that we hear the audio perfectly, we can even see the subtitles. Logically we could think that the problem lies in a temporary problem with the app and we restart Netflix.

But things don’t improve, you uninstall the app, reinstall it, clear the cache, stop the app and nothing happens. And it will not happen because the problem is another, and it has to do with the management that the phone makes of the color of the terminal screen. The problem lies in the default Motorola screen calibration settings. This is where the problem lies, and at the same time the solution. The key is that we should not choose any color configuration other than “natural” which is the one the phone has by default. The moment we choose another, the image stops being seen.

How to solve the problem?

Well, it is very simple, because we can solve it from the settings of our Motorola phone. The problem is that we must choose the standard method of screen calibration , something that we can do in the following way:

  • Access your Motorola settings
  • Enter “Screen”
  • Open advanced settings
  • Select “Colors”
  • Applies the “Natural” setting

After applying this setting, return to Netflix, you will see that the problem has disappeared and it can be seen perfectly again, as it should have done from the beginning. Logically, when using this method, the Netflix color will not be the same as you had chosen before, and it may be less saturated, but it is the price to pay for a solution that should be temporary, waiting for Motorola to finally solve it. They are not the first mobiles or the last to have had these problems with Netflix.
