Motorola is one of those manufacturers that has already started working on bringing the new software to its devices. Still none of its big phones have been updated with Google’s latest operating system but this is about to change. A few hours ago the company announced which of its phones will be updated with Android 11 over the next few months.

When will the update arrive?
The good part is that we already know that more than twenty devices of the brand will be updated to the latest version of software available. The bad news is that the firm has not given us dates. All the company said was that Android 11 updates will be released “in the coming months.”
It is to be imagined that the first Motorola phones to update to Android 11 will be the moto edge and the moto g9 from the beginning of 2021, but it is something for which we cannot put our hands on fire.

Although the update dates are not indicated, in addition to the models, Motorola announces some of the news that will come to them from the hand of Android 11 , such as a new way to manage conversations with chat bubbles and notifications of proprietary conversations.
It also hints at new ways to control connected devices compatible with Android 11, all from one place on your phone. Similarly, the importance of controlling the data stored on the smartphone is emphasized, establishing unique permissions and other new functions. Unique permissions can be granted to apps that need your microphone, camera or location and when access is needed again, it will be requested again.
