Embed PowerPoint presentations on a web
So, at this point, for this, the first thing we are going to do to embed a presentation is to have an active account in the OneDrive service. And it is that in our personal space is where we are going to store the file corresponding to the PowerPoint presentation to be treated. What’s more, for this that we want to do now, it is essential to use OneDrive from the browser, in its web version.
Therefore, to say that it is preferable that the file that we are going to embed, is in .pptx format, so once uploaded, we access that storage service account. Once we are in the window with our personal files , we locate the PowerPoint file in question. Then we right-click on it and select the Insert option.
At that moment a new panel will open on the right side of the main interface , where we just have to opt for the Generate button. Then, automatically, this creates the corresponding code that we will use to embed the file in the web in which we work.
Of course, just by having some small knowledge of this source code with which we work, we can customize the widget to be created. All this will really allow us to be able to embed and share our own presentations directly on the blog.
What we must also take into account is that all the content of that file will be exposed and will be in the public domain. Thus, anyone can see and download it, so we must be careful with what it contains.
