Google Pixel 6 Android 13

  • Security and privacy: New panel with an overview of security and privacy, more comfortable and easier to understand . It would arrive at the end of the year, probably with the Pixel 7. A new adjustment would give access to Camera, Micro and Location options, grouped in a new section for better organization.
  • Device sync and message streaming: You’ll be able to open messaging apps on a Chromebook in the future without having to install them first thanks to this streaming feature. Devices will sync more smoothly.
  • Universal and unified search: Google has worked on a new search option available on the home screen and start menu of the app, which is not yet available. The unification of search functions with Android 13 has not yet arrived, you will only find it if you open the start menu of the app and search there. In the final version, many options that we could find in beta and that are very interesting for users have disappeared.
  • Support for virtual spatial sound: There is also support for virtual spatial sound with Spatial Audio, although we will have to wait until the end of the year for it. It is intended for Pixel Buds Pro and Android 13.
  • Split screen from image: If you have an app running in the foreground with another running in the image, a small button appears in the upper left corner that, when touched, will split the screen between the two applications.
