Hide Your Phone Number:

1. Create a Username: To start the process of hiding your phone number, you must first set a username. This username will serve as an alternative way for others to find you. To create one, follow these steps:
   • Open Telegram and go to the “Settings” menu.
   • Select “Privacy and Security.”
   • Choose “Set / Change Aliases.”
   • Enter your desired username. Others can find you on Telegram using this alias.
   • Save your changes.
2. Hide Your Phone Number: Now that you have a username, you can hide your phone number. To do this:
   • Return to “Privacy and Security” in the app settings.
   • Under “Phone Number,” select “Who can see my phone number?”
   • You have options to configure who can see your phone number:
     • Everyone: This means all Telegram users can see your phone number.
     • My Contacts: Only your saved contacts can view it.
