  • What is the Discount Requirement?

It is the same as the "Minimum Requirement" when creating a discount in the "Discount" tab of Shopify dashboard. It's either a Minimum purchase amount or a Minimum quantity of items. When it's set, your customers needs to meet the requirement to get the discount.

  • What is the Discount Code? Where Can I find it?

This discount code must be the same as the Discount code when creating a discount in the "Discount" section in the Shopify dashboard. This discount code will be used when checking out after your customer has met the Discount Requirement so it must be live and copied directly from the "Discount" section in the Shopify dashboard.

  • What are the Initial Message, Progress Message, and Success Message respectively?

The Initial Message is the first message your customers will see when they come to your online store. Normally this message will tell your customers how much they need to buy to get the free shipping offer.
When your customers start adding items to their cart, The Progress Message will refresh showing your customers how much more they need to add to get the free shipping offer.
The Success Message will tell your customer they are eligible for the free shipping offer.

  • What are the [Goal] and the [Remainder]?

[Goal] is your target cart value for your customers to get the free shipping offer.
[Remainder] is the remaining amount the individual customer needs to add to his/her cart to get the free shipping offer.

  • What is the GEO Target?

GEO Target is an option which allows you to determine if you want to or not to display the Free Shipping Bar to one or multiple countries. This allows you to create different free shipping bars for different countries. For example you can set the goal for 100 USD of US customers and the goal for 100 CAD for Canada customers.

  • What is the Page Target?

The Page Target option allows you to determine if you want to/not to display the Free Shipping Bar on certain page/pages. This allows you to create different free shipping bars for different pages.

  • How to use “URLs with keywords” in the Page Target option?

This option is used for including/excluding certain pages from the bar impression. For example, you want to display the Free Shipping Bar on the pages with Keyword "watch", first select "Include" in the Page Target option, then select "URLs with keywords", enter keyword"watch", and then click "SAVE". Now this bar will only be displayed on pages with keyword "Watch" in its URL.

  • What is the Device Target?

The Device Target Option allows you to create different bars for mobile and desktop devices.

  • What is the Visitor Target?

The Visitor Target Option allows you to create different bars for new and returning visitors.

  • Why my settings on Delay/Duration is not working?

Please make sure you have checked the box before the option. Checking/unchecking the box will enable/disable the setting.

    We have already matched the discount code of shopify, but our store will not automatically settle the discount when the payment is made. Why is that?

      Thanks for using our app. The discount code needs to be activated in the Shopify admin dashboard.
