With the arrival of iOS 13.3 Apple included the possibility of deactivating the keyboard of memojis that appears when we access the keyboard of traditional emojis in a conversation of some instant messaging application or in any other app. The truth is that this feature can be quite annoying since if we are used to using traditional emojis we will rarely use these custom stickers.
Remove the animojis from your view with iOS 13.3
The Animoji came into our lives with the iPhone X thanks to the TrueDepth camera system but with iOS 13 Apple allowed all users to use this type of personalized stickers on their iPhone even if they do not have this camera. The truth is that it is a pretty funny way to share our impressions on a specific topic but it is not too used. This is why Apple has decided to give users the possibility to remove these Memojis from the keyboard of traditional emojis so that they do not hinder us if we do not want to use them.
Although these personalized stickers with your face can be funny on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or others if you do not use them it is better to remove them from view. You can do it as long as you have your device updated to iOS 13.3 and by following the steps below:
- Go to Settings> General> Keyboard.
- In the tab that opens we will go to the bottom and see an option that says ‘Emoji’.
- We will deactivate the ‘Memoji sticker’ option.
Once we have deactivated this option, when we go to an application where we must use the keyboard like WhatsApp or Telegram and open the emoji section, we will find that on the left side the section of memojis does not appear to use them. This makes us have a keyboard as before that iOS 13 came to our computers.
We believe that it is appropriate for Apple of these options to users to be able to disable features that may not be used and that may end up clogging on a day-to-day basis. It is true that the new versions of iOS do not include much news but after all we are talking about very advanced versions where only what is already present is outlined.
